Over the past several years, the FDA has seen a significant increase in the number of reported adverse events associated with use of surgical mesh for transvaginal POP repair.
Midurethral slings and mesh for sacrocolpopexy are not included in this recommendation.

After correction follow-up Hysteroscopy at 3 months and scheduled CS at 38 weeks in subsequent pregnancy.
